What do I need to start a custom yarn project?
Please provide reference photos or samples, yarn count, composition target, color direction, gauge or fabric application and estimated order quantity. These details help us choose the best sampling route.
Can you match a buyer sample exactly?
We can work toward a close match in structure, color and hand feel, but exact matching depends on raw material availability and production process. A physical sample is the best reference for development.
How long does sample development usually take?
Timing depends on yarn structure and raw material preparation. Simple adjustments may be faster, while new fancy yarn constructions need more trial work. Contact us through Contact for case-by-case timing.
Can custom yarn become a bulk order after approval?
Yes. After sample confirmation, we can quote bulk production based on final count, composition, color, MOQ and delivery requirements. You can also compare existing options on the Products page.
